We're fans of terror, here at DVD & Blu-ray Review, whether it comes in disc, deadline or theme-park-ride form. So imagine our collective delight upon learning of the Saw ride, opening at Thorpe Park in spring 2009. Given that one of the most profitable trilogies of all time is itself a Disneyland spin-off, we can't quite believe it's taken this long for a family theme park to embrace the concept of a homicidal maniac slaughtering his victims in an inventive fashion and marry it to a vertical-drop rollercoaster. About time!
