Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Undead

It's the best horror movie title since... well possibly ever, (although Flight of the Living Dead was funny for a time and a surprisingly enjoyable movie, but I digress...). This horror comedy stars Devon Aoki (Sin City) and although I'm a little wary of a movie where the title blatantly came before the script, I'm loving this trailer. Check it out:

No release date as yet - this reeks of straight to DVD.

Here's what IMDB has to say: Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Undead is a comedy that explains the connection between Hamlet, the Holy Grail, and some very sexy vampires. Julian Marsh is an out of work and unsuspecting ladies man who still lives in the apartment above his Dad's medical office. Frustrated by his son's lack of a career, the good doctor cuts a deal with one of his creepy patients and gets Julian a job directing an off-Broadway play. The play is a bizarre adaptation of Hamlet written by a pale Romanian man named Horatio who is actually a master vampire. Julian recruits some New York actor buddies and a longtime ex-girlfriend to star in the show and they find themselves smack dab in the middle of a two thousand year old conspiracy. Forget about the garlic and the holy water only the Holy Grail itself can save them now if only being undead wasn't so much God-damned fun!

Disc Of The Day: KILTRO

It's a Chilean martial arts movie!

Released by Revolver Entertainment on 5 May, KILTRO is 'fast-paced action from South America laced with the spirit of Spaghetti Westerns'.

The Blurb:

Chile’s first ever martial arts movie is a romantic action epic, starring legendary stuntman Marko Zaror, as Zamir, a two-fisted street fighter who is in love with the beautiful Kim (Caterina Jadresic), whom he once saved from a brutal assault.

When Kim’s father, who runs a local Tae Kwon Do school, is confronted by a villain from his past, Zamir vows to protect his beloved and her father – but first he must travel to a remote desert for spiritual and physical training by an aging fight master, a violent gangster out to avenge the killing of his mother.

“Spectacular… keep an eye out for Zaror, a talent this obvious won’t be denied for long’ TWITCH.NET

“Zaror has the moves and chops to become the Next Big Thing in the action-hero field” FANGORIA.COM

We say:

It's a Chilean martial arts movie!!!!

KILTRO's Mark Zaror: Check his mean kebab knives...
